Minicraft
Minicraft is a 2D top-down action game designed and programmed by Markus Persson, the creator of Minecraft, for Ludum Dare 22, a 48-hour game programming competition. The game was released on December 19, 2011 and it was a Hardcore finished game. The theme for this game is Alone. Minicraft is based on Minecraft, but not fully blocks.

The gameplay is very similar to its sister game Minecraft, in which the Player must hit trees to get Wood to make Wood Tools and start mining and gathering more materials. In order to beat the game the Player must defeat the Air Wizard.

This community edition was developed by Davideesk, shylor, Pirate-Rob, ChristofferHolmesland, and mackthehobbit and was released by in 2013. It added new food, items and mobs such as Cow, Pig, Sheep, Knight, among others. Most of the features in this version are based on the features in Minecraft. It originally was modded by David.B and +DilliyG10 until 1.8, then taken over by Chris J until 2.0.4, then by Afyber until 2.0.6, and then by Makkkkus. Their goal is to expand Minicraft to be more fun and continuous. The game has nine languages. This inculdes English, French, Hungarian, Indonesia, Italiano, Norwegain. Portugues, Spanish and Turkish, and more.
This is the only game to have autosave in every 2 minutes and the FPS can be changed to 300 frames per second at maximum.
Minicraft Deluxe
This community edition was developed and released in 2012. It added more features to the game like Archer, Lumberjack, Iron/Gold Boots, etc. It was no longer updated and it was removed on. https://playminicraft.com/.
Minicraft Flash
This community edition uses Flash and was like the orginial version 1.0 but with looping music on the title screen and world, small letters on stuff. It has the same stuff as the original. It was devloped in Zyby. The website is https://www.zyby.com/game/153/minicraft-flash and other sites and the rating was 4.7/5.0. It was released in 2012 but it was never updated. The player starts with 5 Bread, which heals 3 HP instead of 2. Power Glove and a workbench.
If the Player dies, the screen instead shows "You died! The wold has plunged into darkness!" meaning the game is over.
The game port is unplayable on 12 January 2021 due to Adobe Flash was unsupported.
